30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. For questions on specific items, contact us.

Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, return the original item. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without reason. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, contact us at info@kitchninnovate.com.
